The consumer's right to withdraw from the contract
Please check the specifications and compatibility of the product before purchasing.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, without penalties and without being obliged to justify his decision, in accordance with GEO no. 34/2014.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised through the return form available on the site, by e-mail or by any unequivocal statement sent to the merchant, according to the legislation in force.
After receiving and checking the returned products, Denis DTH TV SRL will inform the customer about the completion of the procedure and will reimburse the amounts due under the conditions provided by law.

If the card payment is not yet confirmed at the time of shipment, and the customer has made the payment, the order status will be automatically updated immediately after confirmation, at no cost additional.
Orders and delivery

The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of placing the order.
Products are delivered within the limit of available stock.
In the event of unjustified refusal of the package, Denis DTH TV SRL reserves the right to request the recovery of the costs actually incurred for the shipment and return of the package, under the conditions of applicable legislation.
The activation of certain equipment can be carried out within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the order, if this is specified for the respective product.
Applicable law
The use of the site implies the acceptance of Romanian legislation as applicable law.
Any disputes will be resolved first amicably, and if this is not possible, by the competent courts in Romania.
Service availability
The administrator www.denisnetwork.com reserves the right to modify the structure and functionality of the site, as well as to temporarily or permanently suspend certain services, without individual notification.
Information regarding WEEE
Waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) must not be disposed of together with household waste.
Customers are obliged to hand over used equipment to authorized collection centers or through the "one-to-one" system, according to the legislation in force.
When purchasing a new product, Denis DTH TV SRL can take over an equivalent used equipment free of charge, under the conditions provided by law.
