DenisNetwork offers you several secure and fast payment methods, so that each customer can choose the most convenient option.

Cash on delivery

You can pay for the products directly upon delivery of the package.

ÎDepending on the services offered by the courier company, payment can be made:

  • îin cash;

  • with a bank card, directly to the courier (where the service is available).

For cash on delivery, the additional cost displayed in the ordering process may be charged.

Payment by bank transfer (Payment order)

Individuals and legal entities can pay for orders by bank transfer.

Shipping of products is made after confirmation of the amount being deposited into the company's account.

Online payment by card

Website www.denisnetwork.com allows online payment through authorized processors integrated into the platform.

The main bank cards issued under the logos are accepted:

  • Visa;

  • Visa Electron;

  • Mastercard;

  • Maestro;

as well as other payment instruments available through integrated processors.

Payments are processed through secure connections, and bank card data is not stored on DenisNetwork servers.

Transaction authentication is carried out in accordance with applicable security standards, including through authentication mechanisms requested by the issuing bank (for example, 3D Secure or other systems equivalent).

Payment security

DenisNetwork does not have access to and does not store the complete data of the bank cards used to make online payments.

All transactions are processed through authorized payment service providers, in accordance with applicable security standards.

Invoicing

A tax invoice is issued for each order in accordance with the legislation in force.

The invoice is transmitted in electronic format and can also be made available to the customer in other ways provided for by applicable legislation.

Legislative compliance

DenisNetwork constantly seeks to update payment and invoicing procedures to comply with applicable Romanian and European legislation, including the provisions introduced by Emergency Ordinance no. 18/2026, to the extent that they are applicable to the company's activity.
