Real warranty and long-term support
All products sold by DenisNetwork benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force.
A commercial warranty and/or the possibility of purchasing an extended warranty may be offered for certain products. Its duration and conditions are presented on the product page and in the warranty certificate.
• The standard warranty is a minimum of 24 months for individuals;
• For certain products, the total warranty period may reach up to 60 months, depending on the model and the warranty options available at the time of purchase;
• The exact period is specified on each product page and in the warranty certificate;
• We offer post-warranty services for up to 10 years, for a fee, within the limits of component availability and technical repair capabilities.
DenisNetwork offers technical support and dedicated after-sales services for the products sold.
Repair procedures
All service interventions are carried out according to internal technical procedures.
• Repairs are carried out, as appropriate, by replacing defective components with compatible or original components, when these are available;
• No unauthorized improvisations or modifications are made to the products;
• Products are tested before being returned to the customer.
The purpose of this process is to maintain the product's operation in optimal conditions after technical intervention.
Portable 12V powered products
For 12V powered products, the warranty does not cover defects caused by:
• 24V power supply of products intended exclusively for 12V operation;
• polarity reversal;
• use of inappropriate power supplies.
ÎIn these situations, the repair may be carried out for a fee.
The cost of diagnosis and/or repair is indicative and may vary depending on the product category and the nature of the intervention.
A technical report of findings can be issued upon the customer's request.
External components and physical damage
The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors, such as:
• blows;
• falls;
• mechanical shocks;
• deformation of the casing;
• damage to antennas or other external components.
For many products we offer the possibility of purchasing replacement components, subject to availability.
Using products in environmental conditions
The products must be used according to their intended use and manufacturer's instructions.
They are not intended for prolonged exposure to:
• direct sunlight;
• extreme temperatures;
• excessive humidity.
Prolonged exposure can lead to:
• deformations;
• color changes;
• material damage;
• reduction of the normal duration of use.
The exception is products expressly designed for permanent outdoor use, such as photovoltaic panels or other products with this destination.
Diagnostics and technical assessment
&Iin the situation in which the product is sent for service, and the checks performed do not identify a defect covered by the warranty, a diagnostic fee may be charged.
• The diagnostic fee, if applicable, is approximately between 90 and 150 lei, depending on the product category and the complexity of the checks performed;
• The customer is informed before the intervention is carried out;
• The customer can accept or refuse the repair.
Receiving products from the service
Products must be picked up within a maximum of 14 days from the notification of the completion of the intervention.
The following storage costs may apply to undelivered products:
• 50 lei starting on the 15th day;
• subsequently 50 lei for each month of storage, up to a maximum of 6 months.
After the 6-month period has expired and in the absence of instructions from the client, the company may proceed to the recovery, scrapping or any other measure permitted by applicable legislation, after prior notification of the client, under the terms of the law.
Situations that may lead to the guarantee not being granted
The legal or commercial guarantee does not cover defects resulting from:
Incorrect installation or use
• improper assembly;
• use contrary to instructions;
• failure to comply with operating conditions.
Physical damage
• blows;
• deformations;
• mechanical or electrical shocks.
Unauthorized interventions
• breaking of seals applied by the manufacturer, when they exist;
• constructive modifications;
• repairs carried out by unauthorized persons.
External factors
• accidents;
• fires;
• floods;
• contamination with liquids, dust or other impurities;
• inappropriate environmental conditions.
Using the product in conditions other than those for which it was designed may result in certain defects not being covered by the warranty, according to the warranty certificate and applicable legislation.
Sending products for service
The customer is responsible for the proper packaging of the product.
We recommend:
• using the original packaging, if available;
• using a resistant box and appropriate protective materials.
• we do not assume responsibility for the packaging method or for any damage to the products inside the package, in the event that the outer packaging does not show signs of impact, damage or improper handling at the time of receipt.
• All products sent to the service department must be accompanied by the purchase invoice. If this is missing, the products will be received, but they will not be able to enter the verification and service process until the invoice is presented.
• packaging of products in bags, pouches or foils is done at the customer's own risk and is not recommended by us. We recommend the use of rigid and appropriate packaging, which ensures the protection of the products during transport.
The technical assessment carried out upon receipt of the product is the basis for assessing its condition.
Any damage resulting from improper packaging will be analyzed taking into account the way in which the product was shipped.
Product cleaning
Products sent for service must be clean and in a condition that allows technical checks to be carried out.
Product processing may be postponed until they are cleaned when their condition does not allow technical checks to be carried out safely.
Required documents
To resolve a warranty claim, required:
• tax invoice or other document proving the purchase;
• warranty certificate, if issued for the respective product.
These documents allow the identification of the product and verification of the rights conferred by the warranty.

All products sold benefit from the warranty provided by law, and for certain products there is the possibility of extending the warranty or performing post-warranty repairs, under the conditions specified for each product category.
These conditions complete the warranty certificate issued together with the product and do not limit the rights conferred on consumers by applicable Romanian and European legislation.
DenisNetwork constantly monitors legislative changes regarding consumer protection and periodically updates the warranty, service and after-sales support procedures to comply with applicable legislation, including the provisions introduced by Emergency Ordinance no. 18/2026, to the extent that they are applicable to the company's activity.
