Using the vacuum pump:1. For safety reasons, the pump is not filled with oil. The oil is placed separately in a container. Before first use, you must put the oil in the pump. Check on the pump's glass sight glass that the oil level is halfway up and turn on the pump. From the moment the sound emitted by the vacuum pump is clear and uniform (after approximately 2 - 30 seconds), let the pump run for approximately 1 minute, then check that the oil level is in the middle of the sight glass. If it is too low, turn off the pump and top up with oil.2. The vacuum pump oil is replaced if it is contaminated with residues or changes its color to brown. To change the oil, unscrew the oil cap under the oil sight glass and let it drain, then refill as in point 1.
