To correctly measure the circumference of your head, you will need a tape measure or a tape measure.

Place the tape measure around your head, approximately 2.5 cm above your eyebrows. This is the widest part of your head and the area that will be covered by the helmet.

Make sure the tape measure goes over your ears and wraps around the back of your head at the base of your skull.

Hold the tape measure firmly, but not too tightly, so that it is comfortable.
