To correctly measure the circumference of your head, you will need a tailor's centimeter or a tape measure.

• Place the tailor's centimeter around your head, approximately 2.5 cm above your eyebrows. This is the widest part of your head and the area that will be covered by the helmet.

• Make sure the tape measure goes over your ears and wraps around the back of your head at the base of your skull.

• Hold the tape measure firmly, but not too tightly, so that încât be comfortable.

• After you have obtained the head circumference measurement, refer to the size chart below.
