1. How can the lock be unlocked?

The lock can be opened via fingerprint, RFID card, Tuya Smart / Smart Life app or with the included mechanical key.

2. Does it work without the internet?

Yes. Connection and management is done via Bluetooth. For additional remote functions, a Tuya gateway may be required (purchased separately).

3. What happens if the battery runs out?

The lock has a USB Type-C port for emergency power and a mechanical key for access.

4. Can I add multiple fingerprints and cards?

Yes. From the Tuya Smart app, you can register multiple users and manage their fingerprints and cards individually.

5. Is it waterproof?

Yes. The cylinder benefits from IPX5 protection, being resistant to splashes and outdoor use, under normal conditions.

6. What door thickness is compatible?

The AG-L31 model is compatible with doors with a thickness between 35 and 45 mm.

7. Is it difficult to install?

No. It replaces the existing europrofile cylinder and is installed using the accessories included in the package, without major modifications to the door.
